Maharishi Manu in tretayug found a small fish in his water. Small fish asked Maharishi manu to look after it with complete devotion & one day he would get reward. Maharishi Manu look after the fish till the day it grew in its original size, Maharishi Manu realize now its mandate to release fish into the sea.
