1. The STAR (*) rating of mentioned hotel is based on reputed site ‘Trip advisor’ or hotel website itself for any deviation on expectations up on check in, Holidayworldwide LLP will not be responsible . We will request all guest to check Trip advisor link or hotel website before giving ‘ go ahead ‘ of the package.
2. The total cost of the package includes 5% of package service tax. If there is any change, the same shall be communicated to the customer before booking..
3. The rates are valid for Indian nationals residing in India only..
4. The penalty for name change and date change will incur as per the airline and the destination. If there is any additional airport / Airline taxes charged by the any airport / Airline at any destination, the customer shall bear the same. Holidayworldwide LLP shall not be liable for the same..
5. Holidayworldwide LLP reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to terminate the access to any or all Holidayworldwide LLP websites or its other sales channels and the related services or any portion thereof at any time, without notice, for general maintenance or any reason what so ever..
6. Holidayworldwide LLP advise the appropriate time to apply the visa as per the embassy norms, visa will be send for application after receiving the visa documents. Shall there be any delay in receiving the documents/inappropriate documents or in granting the visa from the embassy Holidayworldwide LLP will not be liable for anything..
7. Packages with Air fare made on special fare and rates taken from the relevant airlines and hotels. Once substantiation is made no amendments will be entertained. The Air tickets once issued are non refundable..
8. All quotations are given without holding any confirmed reservations moreover in the airlines or in the hotels..
9. To process the reservation we require 60% advance deposit on packages with Airfare & 40% advance deposit on packages without Airfare..
10. Full and Final payment to be done by cash/net banking Once confirmation is made & the travel documents are delivered to the guest..
11. Cost does not include expenses caused by factors beyond our control like rail / flight / vehicle delays , cancellations, strikes , natural calamity, political disturbance etc..

TERMS & CONDITIONS

  1. Quotations are given only for reference we do not hold any rooms or airfare.
  2. No Refunds in case of Strike or any Un-utilized services.
  3. Packages including Air fare are made on special fare and rates taken from the relevant airlines and hotels.
  4. Air tickets are non refundable. Once booking is done no changes will be entertained.
  5. Full and Final payment to be made by cash or net banking once confirmation is made & the travel documents are delivered to the guest (not applicable on Group Departures, customer need to make full payment to get the Air Tickets).
  6. We require 50% advance payment on packages with Airfare & 20% advance payment on packages without Airfare to process the reservation.
  7. Package Cost does not include expenses caused by any factors beyond our control like flight / rail /Fog/Vehicle Delays, cancellations, strikes, natural disaster, political interruption etc.

CANCELLATION POLICY

  1. If cancellation is done on Air / Bus / Train tickets, once issued, no Refunds are applicable.
  2. Please intimate 6 Day prior from the day of departure date if plan is postpone of any tour else cancellation policy applicable (Not Applicable on Packages Having Airfare)
  3. 30% of the package cost will be deducted; If Package cancellation is made any time not less than 30 days prior to departure date
  4. 50% of the package cost will be deducted, if Package cancellation is made 16 to 30 days prior to departure date
  5. 75% of the package cost will be deducted, If package cancellation is made 15 to 7 days prior to departure
  6. 100% of the tour cost will be deducted, In case passenger is no show at the time of departure or 6 Days prior to departure
  7. For Europe

  8. There is no refund on flight tickets once booked
  9. If Visa is rejected 30 to 15 days before date of travel, Rs. 70,000/- per head shall be deducted
  10. If Visa is rejected 14 to 08 days before date of travel, 95% of package cost shall be deducted
  11. If Visa is rejected anytime within 7 days before date of travel, 100% of package cost shall be deducted

REFUND POLICY

  1. Within 15 working days from cancellation date, refunds will be done in your respective accounts or credit card.
  2. No Cash Refunds in any case.
